Welcome to Veloxy Ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), available at https://veloxyai.xyz.

By using Veloxy Ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Veloxy Ai. By accessing the Service, you represent that you:

2. Description of Service

Veloxy Ai allows users to:

  • Connect and manage multiple Google Gmail accounts securely via OAuth;
  • Unify and organize emails within one app;
  • Summarize email threads and suggest intelligent, AI-generated responses;
  • Categorize and label messages for productivity insights.

We never store your Gmail passwords, and Gmail access occurs only with your explicit authorization.

3. Google API and Gmail Data Compliance

Veloxy Ai integrates with the Google API to access Gmail data. Your use of Gmail data through our Service is also governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

We commit that:

  • Gmail data is accessed only to provide core functionality (unifying, summarizing, and suggesting responses);
  • We never sell or rent Gmail data to third parties;
  • Human access is not permitted except when required by law, for security, or with your explicit consent;
  • You may revoke Veloxy Ai’s access to your Google account anytime through your Google Account Permissions page.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our full Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Veloxy Ai, you consent to the processing of your data according to that policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use Veloxy Ai to send spam or unauthorized communications;
  • Misuse Gmail data or violate any Google or third-party policies;
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our Service;
  • Reverse engineer or modify the Service;
  • Use the app in violation of any laws or regulations.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all actions under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Veloxy Ai Service — including software, design, logos, and content — belong to Veloxy Ai or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own data, including any content retrieved from your Gmail accounts.

By using our Service, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process your data solely for providing and improving Veloxy Ai.

7. AI-Generated Content and Suggestions

Veloxy Ai uses artificial intelligence to summarize and generate suggested responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate;
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before sending;
  • Veloxy Ai is not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

8. Third-Party Services

Veloxy Ai may include integrations or use third-party platforms (e.g., Google, OpenAI, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, actions, or data practices of these services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • We detect fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • It’s required by law or Google’s API policy.

You may terminate your Veloxy Ai account anytime by disconnecting your Gmail accounts and ceasing use of the Service.

Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloxy Ai disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Veloxy Ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service;
  • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veloxy Ai, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service;

  • Any misuse of Gmail or other third-party data via Veloxy Ai.

Continued use of Veloxy Ai after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
